In short

We collect what you send us in the audit form and basic site analytics, we use it to reply and to run your account, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. What we collect

When you request an audit we collect your name, work email, store URL, monthly ad spend range, the channels you run and anything you tell us. Our site also records anonymous visit data such as pages viewed and the country you visit from.

2. How we use it

We use form details to prepare your audit and reply to you. If you become a client, we use the access you give us to run your ad accounts. Visit data helps us see which pages are useful.

3. Your ad account data

We read your ad account data only to do the work in your proposal. We don’t copy it into other clients’ accounts, and we don’t use it to train anything.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the tools we use to run the business (email, file storage, our website host and form provider) and with creators when a brief needs product details. We never sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Audit requests are kept for 12 months, then deleted unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for invoices, usually seven years.
