In short

We charge a flat monthly fee, you own your ad accounts and every file we make, we don’t promise results, and either side can end the work with 30 days’ notice after the first two months.

1. Who we are

Winrate LLC is a performance marketing agency at 1100 S Lamar Blvd, Suite 210, Austin, TX 78704. These terms cover our website and, together with your signed proposal, the work we do for you.

2. The work

Your proposal lists the plan, the number of new ads each month and the channels we manage. We work inside your ad accounts with the access you give us and send a scorecard every Monday.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are billed monthly in advance and due within 14 days. Ad spend is paid by you directly to each platform and is never part of our invoice. Creator fees for the ads in your plan are included in the fee.

4. Your accounts and files

You own your ad accounts, pixels, data and every ad we deliver, including raw footage from creator shoots. Creators agree to paid usage for 12 months; renewals are noted in your proposal.

5. Results

We guarantee the number of new ads, a fixed test for each one and a weekly scorecard. We don’t guarantee sales, revenue or return on ad spend, because platforms, markets and products change in ways nobody controls. Results shown on this site are past results, not a promise.

6. Ending the work

The first two months are fixed. After that, either side can end the work with 30 days’ written notice. When we finish, we remove our access, hand over every ad file and send a final scorecard.
