Paid social and search, with the ads made in‑house

One team plans the ads, makes them, buys the media and reads the numbers, so nothing gets lost between an agency and a studio.

Creative strategy and production

We write the hooks, cast creators, run the shoots and cut every ad in the sizes each platform wants. Briefs come from last week’s winners, not a mood board.

Every new ad gets the same test and the same three scores. A winner beats the account’s best ad on cost per purchase for seven days. Anything else is switched off, with a note on why.

Questions about the work

Anything else, ask on the audit call.

How many new ads will we get?

8, 16 or 30 a month depending on the plan, across creator video, statics and product ads. More during launches if you need them.

Can we use our own creators?

Yes. We brief them the way we brief ours, and their videos get scored like every other ad.

Can you work with our in-house designer?

Yes. Plenty of clients keep a designer for the site and email. We share briefs and winning ads with them every week.

How long does a test run?

Four days, on the same budget as every other new ad, usually $500 to $1,000. Clear losers are switched off earlier.

Do you run email and SMS too?

No. We stick to paid social and search, and we’re happy to share winning hooks with whoever runs your email.

Who sees the dashboard?

Anyone you invite. It’s live and shared, with every ad, its scores and its spend.
